In order to qualify for an exchange, items must be returned in the original packaging & condition you received them.
We will not accept any items that have been opened or tampered with in any way.
One time exchanges are accepted within 7 days of hair delivery date.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
Clients are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
